SVRC Marketplace & Seasonal Farmers Market Saginaw Mi
The SVRC Marketplace is located in an Urban setting, nestled in the historic Saginaw News building where parking is available but may require walking as it is located in the heart of the city. The location as well as many other unique qualities make this destination very special. Please be patient when looking for available parking and also exercise respect for the many guests frequenting the area. We are so very excited about the revitalization our project has provided to the city and the thousands of guests visiting our beautiful Riverfront Saginaw community.
We are a wonderful assortment and representation of a diverse community culture, featuring assorted eateries and small retail shops. The Marketplace runs and operates the indoor European Style Market. We lease the SVRC Marketplace Pavilion seasonally, to the Downtown Saginaw Farmers Market. While the the outdoor seasonal farmers market does keep the same days of operation, it does not operate under the same hours of operation. There is public seating throughout the first floor atrium, 2nd floor atrium overlook, historic front lobby, outdoor historic plaza as well as the Marketplace Pavilion.
Visit the SVRC Marketplace to support local entrepreneurial development, unique eateries, small businesses and one of a kind retail shops in the Riverfront Saginaw community.
In addition to the small businesses, eateries and fresh meats, cheeses, fish and produce, we also offer community integrated programs and businesses through our suite tenants such as Spence Brothers, Frankenmuth Credit Union, Westlund Guidiance Trauma Assessment, Westlund Guidance Clinic Autism Clinic, SVRC Industries, Central Michigan University Research Corporation CMURC and more.
The Marketplace is closed on Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday to allow for the successful development of locally owned, small business! We are not a big-box store and cannot operate as such.
